About the event
Join Marlene, Vicki, and Patrick on a seaside journey to restore balance.
Marlene will guide you through breathing practices to prepare the body for an extended śavasana (corpse pose) where you'll then recieve intuitive energy healing from Vicki. During śavasana, Marlene and Patrick will also facilitate a sound bath with the use of a Shamanic bass drum, Tibetan and crystal bowls.
We meet on the beach next to the parking strip on 1699 Seacost Dr.
What to bring:
- Something to lay on (mat, towel, blanket)
- Blanket to cover your body with
- Water
- Anything else to help your experience feel authentic
